Maximillian "Milli" Plourde is an upbeat and often spacey 15 year old boy. He only stands at about 5' 7", still bound to grow though, and doesn't exactly look like he has much muscle. He is rarely seen without his fuchsia colored headphones, the same color as his eyes, on almost constantly playing music. He doesn't seem to be the brightest when first meeting him, but there is much more to him than meets the eye in many ways. His clothes typically conceal hints of his power, as underneath lies very compact and strong muscles that make him seemingly look like a somewhat fit slim guy. His Gift- combat expertise. He has unnatural reflexes, instinct, intuition, observations skills and extremely high combat skills. He is able to learn fighting techniques and patterns in times that would put judo masters to deep shame. His seemingly harmless physique is naturally skilled at various forms of combat. His muscle memory develops at an extremely rapid rate as well. All this caused him to quickly gain the notice of the KC just a year ago. Since then he has still continued training and learning how to use firearms and various weapons. He takes orders without any questions asked, as the reasons for his orders don't matter to him- he'll do what is asked him no matter the request. He doesn't mind just being ranked as a Dog, as he's happy just being in the KC, fully content with his life now that he is able to enjoy carrying out the orders of his superiors and the thrill of fighting on a regular basis- not that he's a pugnacious and blood thirsty fellow, that would be far from the truth. He's just happy to have found something that he's good at, fighting and following orders. He's a rather apathetic in regards to things effecting him or going on around him, but not in any sort of depressing way, just carefree. He's only been in the KC for a year, but has proven himself to be very trustworthy, loyal, and dependable through his time carrying out jobs that aren't quite suited for those ranking above him.
Since his first name is somewhat of a mouthful, he offers a shortened version of it, "Milli" to others upon introducing himself. He doesn't really like to be called "Max", as he finds it overused and rather boring. He doesn't have any great aspirations in life, as he just enjoys focusing and living in the "now". He doesn't have too many interests, but those he does have includes music, meeting fun people, food (specifically eating it), sparing, learning how to use new weapons, and carrying out orders. He's rather enthusiastic when it comes to receiving jobs, something a lot of the other members make fun of him for, as they're not always the most favorable tasks, but he really doesn't mind the teasing at all. He currently mastered in hand to hand combat and only uses this and a combat knife that he keeps on him most of the time to carry out his tasks. He's extremely canny when it comes to re-purposing objects as weapons in creative ways however. He knows how to use many weapons, but he's still working on mastering them and hopes to learn how to use firearms at the same caliber that he has with just his fists, but this might take a few more years. He doesn't have much of an interesting past before he joined the KC, he just grew up in the Waterside Zone in a family that was known for their skill in construction and architecture skills that seemed to have skipped over him and onto his two younger siblings. He used to be upset about not being good at things the way that everyone else seemed to be, but quickly got out of his funk when he discovered his Gift when he was 10. He worked to sharpen his skills on his own over the years, but most of his improvement came from the time he spent in the KC when he was accepted when he was 14. Since joining, he's moved into Stratus Apartments in the Metro Axial. He enjoys being able to easiliy find some less than respectable citizens there that he can "spar" with whenever he needs to kill some time.
Inazuma

Inazuma "Lightning" Rise
isn't your average teenager. He first discovered his abilities at a very young age when he got into a fight. He didn't start it, it was just your average, violent kind of bullies backing him up in a corner. He had been punched pretty hard, and was picking himself off the ground, when his hand touched a generator and suddenly his arms were consumed with lightning. He defeated the bullies easily. It wasn't too long after this discovery that tragedy struck. His parents were killed in a car accident when he was only 8 years old. Stricken with grief, he ran from his home town, not wanting to face the past anymore. He grew up on the streets, and that's how he got to be so street smart. He's also book smart, with an astounding IQ. On the streets, he craved knowledge and learning, so when he was twelve he managed to manipulate the systems and become an emancipated minor. He put himself through highschool and graduated early at thirteen. He quit after a semester of college at fourteen because the school processes and idiotic students had become too stressful for him to handle. Besides, he had pretty much read every book in the building and figured he had learned quite enough already. He wandered about for a while and soon stumbled into Janlea City. He has lived there ever since, doing this and that, mostly computer stuff and whatnot, just to get by, and became a very good hacker. During one of his cyberspace strolls, he stumbled upon some information on the KC. He found out that they actually had powerful people like him as the prime supply of members. He has been determined ever since to get in on the action and join them. He is pretty sure they'll accept him once they learn of his skills and powers. Since the discovery of his ability, he has used his powers to enhance his physical prowess. In order for Inazuma to use his powers, he must have stored electrical power. He can gain this energy by draining electricity from powered sources or from living beings. He can use his powers in different attacks, ranging from simple bolts that don't consume much energy to wide-field lightning storms that drain him a lot. He can also use his powers to affect things around him, for instance, he can fire at a generator near his opponent to cause it to explode and cripple his opponents, or fire at the body of water that an enemy is standing in. He easily climbs buildings and other structures and can fall a great height without taking damage. His electrical-like power, however, does not seem to have an affect on technology and the like. It seems to only be an output, a way for him to enhance himself physically rather than a way for him to enhance himself internally, such as gather data, heal himself, etc. Inuzuma is 17, blond haired, blue eyes, and light skinned. His hair is usually in a spiky style and it always gets messy. His eyes are clear cut and bright. He wears leather gloves just in case his powers activate on accident as he's just about mastering them.

Viviette Statham
Born in the Acreage Zone, Viviette grew up around the ranch, learning to tend to the animals and help grow supplies for her family of three. She was the middle child of three sisters, and at times it felt as if it was just them together who would actually share words with one another.
Sure, she'd see her mother up and about early in the morning and every then and again throughout the day, but she generally seemed too preoccupied in busy work to pay too much mind towards her.
When she would actually share a conversation with her mother, it was often worth the wait.
She was a kind woman, and Viviette understood her struggles as practically a single mother. Practically.
Their father was still with them at the time; however, he chose to take work elsewhere in the city, only coming home after late hours, if at all.
He seemed to have had left them for the excitement of the real Janlea City, leaving his wife and three daughters the ranch to take care of on their own.
They couldn't simple up and leave their land and head into the city with him, as even then they couldn't afford the change.
It was hard enough as it was to be allowed the move from Acreage to Metro due to the need of workers and people living in the Acreage. Most people born from the Acreage Zone don't get the chance to see the glories of the city, and must admire it from afar.
One way she would see the starlit blanket above in the night sky, while in the other, she could see the dazzling glow of the towers and vibrant city. She could feel the energy that came from within the Axis, and it was what set it so apart from the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the fields outside.
As a young child, she could only dream of what it must be like living inside such a kingdom...
Fourteen years old, and that was when she got her first glimpse of what the people of the city looked like. They came upon inspection as she was told. It wasn't often this happened to the workers of the Acreage Zone.
It was the first time she saw a full fledged member of the KC up close.
She'd seen them before. On her late night explorations of the fields. They traced the outer rims of the zone's limits on their patrols, and she'd watch them through the tall grasses as they traded shifts and conversed about certain events that might have sparked their night. Her glittering, golden eyes watched with wonder-- with admiration.
But now, they stood before her, actually looking at her from across the room. She can still remember his eyes. His dark eyes watching her as she sat across the opposing room. She didn't mind it.
Their mother received two letters that were addressed to Vivette, and her older sister. It was made clear that she wasn't the only one who caused a bit of a disturbance and caught the attention of the organization's eyes.
They were given the opportunity to leave the Acreage Zone, and for the first time in their life, step into what was truly the heart of Janlea city. In return for their services, their family they left behind would be given the substantial needs to live a more successful and giving life.
The city was more amazing then she had ever expected. Everything had been worth it in the end.
After raising her ranking from the starting point of a Dog, and proving herself of a badge of higher ranking; she became a Lynx of the city two years later. Her sister followed in her footsteps soon after, and they were together sent right back to the border of the Acreage Zone to the empty fields and open skies. Viviette never lost that feeling when she would look upon the city in the distance from the hills. If anything, she had gained even more of a respect and recognition to the city dwellers and those of the Keystone Crux. It's not to say that she no longer enter the city when she is not on post in the darkness of the night.
When Viviette was in her second year of becoming a Lynx (18), her first fears truly struck her after entering the KC.
Her sister had been keeping vigil over the outer gates of the zone, but wandered outside of the fence-line after following a small group of civilians who passed the line, and after the light of day.
They'd been constantly reminded of the rule. Do not under any circumstances pass the fenced or walled boundary.
She never returned, and there was little effort made to go in search of her.
The Lynx's are to make sure that the people of the zones fear them in a way that would prevent them from leaving their civilized location, while instead, the Lynx's are to fear and withhold from the thought of what is truly beyond the city of Janlea.
Viviette has soft, thick brown hair that is cut short around the front, but kept long in the back where the will tie a braid that travels down just past her shoulder blades in length. She has rounded eyes with the color of gold lighting them up. With these eyes, they resemble those of cat eyes, in the sense that there is a built in night vision effect to them.
She has a rounder shaped face, that still holds her prior youth to her, despite her current age of 20. She is sleek and slender, standing 5'6. She has incredible flexibility that allows her many key advantages in combat as well as stealth.
