Kronus Salvator, the head of the entire city-- the dictator.
Despite his powerful and strong influence on the city and known police force, he was not the founder of the Keystone Crux.
For eight years he has worked with the KC, and since his take over of the system, things have been flourishing and surging within the city.
Crime rates had fallen even further than before, the economy grew and kept a steady and solid pace, and there has been a calm that has fallen over the city.
Silently and diligently, he takes care of the unjust and ill-fitting to the glorified city that is Janlea. It truly is just a game of cover up, and Kronus is the master of illusions.
Concealing the dark crimes of drug deals and the secret blackmarket from the eyes of the citizens, he sends his force to annihilate and destroy such businesses in secret; little by little, in a game of chess. Whether Kronus is the King on the board, or the player of the game, that is difficult to say. But to say that he is the gamemaster? That is something that he could live up to stand as.
To the eyes, Kronus would not appear to be his actual age, but much older. Thirty-six would not be the estimated age of others for him, but closer to mid forties. His deep crimson eyes show weary, darkened circles beneath their black lashes, hinting towards many sleepless nights and stressful days. Running the Keystone Crux, as well as the entire city, has noticeably taken a toll on him in a physical manner. Despite all of this, he does well to not show such wear on himself in such ways as speaking of it, nor even acting as though it has taken an affect on him.
Kronus has soft jet black hair that holds a slight wave as it nears the end and a smooth, porcelain-like complexion. He stand 6'2, with a built structure that is reminiscent of his earlier years as a simple member of the KC and of the physical training given and required by the head leader before his own sudden and unexpected up rise.
When Kronus finally took hold of the title of 'Chief,' the Keystone Crux took a dramatic turn--and to say whether it was for the better or for the worst, it is much too early to decide.
Many of the previous rules and regulations were intergraded back into the system, such as the introduction trials, but things became more tightly interwoven and more open to recruitment as well. It was an inverse relationship, where beforehand the recruitment was not off the street, but of drafting and long line-ups of self-servicing and the events within the KC were more public and open with outsiders in the city; whereas in the current KC's stand under the reign of Kronus, the recruitment is more pick and choose rather than upfront requests of employment. Business and movements of the Keystone Crux was no longer spread publicly, and became private to only those within the system. This was in order to create an almost 'self-created' peace of the city, and cast such an illusion over the people.
Kronus himself is one of the cruxies, possessive of a talent unlike any standard 'normal' being. After undergoing research, hoping to find some sort of explanation for his strange sensory mechanism, he (and among the few researchers of the Lucent Zone) concluded on the thought that the waves and responses he gets from specific areas or people are due to magnetized brain cells that can in turn, act as compasses. Unable to find answers for all the questions of the oddity, there are still many unknown explanations for factors.
Walking through the streets of the Metro Axial, between the towering buildings, there can be spotted a large, metallic tower with many odd twists and jagged edges, jutting from the heart of the city. It is of a outward extending magnetized material that expands the range of Kronus's sensory, giving him an overview of the city around, much like a radar.
Among the other member of the KC, he has gained the nickname, Grand Watcher.
Kronus's name is spoken lightly of inside the system by the member, as there is a fearful and intimidating vibe that protrudes from him; whereas outside the organization, he is spoken of with the utmost respect and his name is lifted in an honorable manner.
The history of the city has been long forgotten, and all that is known by the general public is that Janlea is actually a fairly young city compared to others in the outside world.
Kronus has retired his previous stand as a soldier of the KC in his days prior to leadership, and no longer puts his training to use.
